March 200 DeLynn Cappoletti, and Austin Keyser, are supporters of new Martings Scandal. Who are these two who have only recently been seen in City
Council meetings?
Do they have close ties to swindler Clay Johnson who fleeced Portsmouth citizens of two million dollars in the 2002 Martings sale with the aid of a corrupted council? Shawnee State University is involved. Read: 1.
Austin Keyser of 1129
28th Street has repeatedly declared that he was the
representative of Shawnee Labor Council and indicated the Labor Council
was in favor of the new ordinance.
During the meeting Monday night, an older citizen followed Mr.
Keyser to the speakers stand and declared he has been a member of the
Steel Workers Union for past thirty four years and that the Labor Council
had taken no vote nor given any endorsement such as Mr. Keyser led his
audiences to believe. Records from the
Scioto County Courthouse indicate that Austin Keyser of 2204 Grandview got
a divorce from Amy Keyser on 1/30/07. The records also show the purchase
of a house at 1128 28th Street for $135,000
by Austin W. and Cherice
Keyser on 8/24/07. In a
recent issue of the Shawnee State University Chronicle a Cherice Keyser is
listed on the honor roll. In
2007 Austin Keyser apparently got a
new wife and a new house.

DeLynn Coppoletti was featured
in an article published by the Portsmouth Daily Times on March 14, 2008
concerning collections of petitions in support of moving city government
to the Martings Building. Readers were told that
signed petitions could be dropped off at her offices at Shawnee State
University (SSU). That
SSU is involved in the effort to move city government to Martings old
building in not surprising.
SSU President Rita
Rice-Morris and City Government have, in many ways, been controlled by the
SOGP/Clay Johnson/Neal Hatcher Gang.
Mayor Jim Kalb even illegally took property from citizens under a
non-existent “eminent domain” power and transferred it to Neal Hatcher for
inclusion in the $15,000,000 Campus View student housing deal that is a
fraud against all the taxpayers in Ohio. Mayor Kalb said it just did it to
keep Neal Hatcher from having to pay taxes and fees on the
purchase. Who is DeLynn
Coppoletti? On Monday, March
2, 2008 I called SSU Regristrar’s Office and was told by a message that
the listed number I had was no longer a working number. I then called the Personnel Office
and was told they would not give me information on personnel unless I was
a prospective employer seeking verification of employment. I then called the President’s
Office and talked with the Information Officer. I was told I would be call and
given the requested information as soon as
possible. On Tuesday, March 25 I did receive a call. The information is expected today, as the Information Officers in the President’s Office have been excellent in furnishing public information in a timely manner. From outside sources I have been told DeLynn Coppoletti may be a part-time SSU employee and that she lives in South Webster and is married to a professor in the business department at SSU. If she lives in South Webster, she, like many of the other proponents of this ordinance, won’t pay a dime for the work on the Martings Building that may be as high as ten million dollars. If the work on the Martings Building were to be paid by an income tax, then she and her husband would both be contributors to her dreams.
