THEFT OF CITY HALL

March 200

DeLynn Cappoletti, and Austin Keyser, are supporters of new Martings

Scandal.  Who are these two who have only recently been seen in

City Council meetings?

Do they have close ties to swindler Clay Johnson who fleeced Portsmouth

citizens of two million dollars in the 2002 Martings sale with the aid of a

corrupted council?  Shawnee State University is involved.

Read:

1.      Austin Keyser of 1129 28th Street has repeatedly declared that he was the representative of Shawnee Labor Council and indicated the Labor Council was in favor of the new ordinance.  During the meeting Monday night, an older citizen followed Mr. Keyser to the speakers stand and declared he has been a member of the Steel Workers Union for past thirty four years and that the Labor Council had taken no vote nor given any endorsement such as Mr. Keyser led his audiences to believe.

Records from the Scioto County Courthouse indicate that Austin Keyser of 2204 Grandview got a divorce from Amy Keyser on 1/30/07.  The records also show the purchase of a house at 1128 28th Street for $135,000 by

Austin W. and Cherice Keyser on 8/24/07.  In a recent issue of the Shawnee State University Chronicle a Cherice Keyser is listed on the honor roll.  In 2007 Austin Keyser apparently got a  new wife and a new house.

2.      DeLynn Coppoletti was featured in an article published by the Portsmouth Daily Times on March 14, 2008 concerning collections of petitions in support of moving city government to the Martings Building.

Readers were told that signed petitions could be dropped off at her offices at Shawnee State University (SSU).   That SSU is involved in the effort to move city government to Martings old building in not surprising.  SSU

President Rita Rice-Morris and City Government have, in many ways, been controlled by the SOGP/Clay Johnson/Neal Hatcher Gang.  Mayor Jim Kalb even illegally took property from citizens under a non-existent “eminent domain” power and transferred it to Neal Hatcher for inclusion in the $15,000,000 Campus View student housing deal that is a fraud against all the taxpayers in Ohio.  Mayor Kalb said it just did it to keep Neal Hatcher from having to pay taxes and fees on the purchase.

Who is DeLynn Coppoletti?  On Monday, March 2, 2008 I called SSU Regristrar’s Office and was told by a message that the listed number I had was no longer a working number.  I then called the Personnel Office and was told they would not give me information on personnel unless I was a prospective employer seeking verification of employment.  I then called the President’s Office and talked with the Information Officer.  I was told I would be call and given the requested information as soon as possible.

On Tuesday, March 25 I did receive a call.  The information is expected today, as the Information Officers in the President’s Office have been excellent in furnishing public information in a timely manner.  From outside sources I have been told DeLynn Coppoletti may be a part-time SSU employee and that she lives in South Webster and is married to a professor in the business department at SSU.   If she lives in South Webster, she, like many of the other proponents of this ordinance, won’t pay a dime for the work on the Martings Building that may be as high as ten million dollars.  If the work on the Martings Building were to be paid by an income tax, then she and her husband would both be contributors to her dreams. VOTING RIGHTS TO BE DENIED BY CITY COUNCIL.

Four City Councilmen intend  to deny the legal will and the God-given elective rights of the people of Portsmouth by ignoring the votes of the citizens of Portsmouth in a 2006 referendum.  This latest intended council action is Unconstitutional, Unlawful, and Un-American

"Martings" has become a "symbol of shame."

In 2006, in a referendum action almost seventy percent  of citizens voted not to spend any money on renovation of the Martings Building.   The very name of this building is disgusting  to most citizens due to past criminal actions of Mayors Greg Bauer and Jim Kalb and several City Councilpersons.

The word "Martings" has become a sordid " hiss and by-word" to untold thousands across the land.  "Martings" is notorious , and most citizens will be saddened  and angry if their city government is placed in this disreputable, decaying old "symbol of shame."

In 2006 citizens voted against an ordinance to renovate the Martings Building.   The plan by Mayor Kalb and many of the Councilmen was to move the government offices to the Martings Building and sell off our present spacious building site to developers Mayor Kalb refuses to identify.

This plan was stopped by a vote of 2,428 to 1,071 by  citizens who were against the Martings Renovation Ordinance of 2006.

Four City Council members (Howard Baughmen, David Malone, Mike Mearan, and Jerrold Albrecht) have apparently become co-conspirators with Mayor Jim Kalb.

They now have under serious consideration a plan to pass another ordinance to renovate the Martings Building and  proceed just as if the citizens had never voted against renovation.

The unspoken motive of the Council Ordinance in 2006 was to give away or sell at a very low price our present City Building site to the SOGP/ Clay Johnson Group when the government offices were moved into the Martings Building.

(Clay Johnson is an admitted fraud who, in 2002, swindled a City Council led by Council President Jim Kalb into paying $2,000.000. for the 127-year-old  fire-damaged,  Martings Department Store..  The buildiing  was valued at only $762,000.

Through  corrupted mayors, and councils the SOGP/Clay Johnson/Marting Foundation has stolen your money, and is now trying to steal your right to vote.

casualty status updated March 17, 2008

War is still going on as tens of thousands of youthful American military men and women suffer wounds and deaths fighting in a lonely, faraway desert land for freedom for others while our Un-American local city government scoundrels are taking away our freedom here in Portsmouth.

Our corrupt City Mayor Jim Kalb and a majority of the City Councilmen  nnow plan to ignore your vote in the 2006 referendum against the renovation for use of  the notorious, fire-damaged, asbestos-laden 127-year-old Martings Building as a place to move the city government.

Once city government is moved out of the present City Hall the plan is to sell your land, the loveliest site on the Ohio in Portsmouth, to their friends at a cut-rate giveaway price and put us citizens many millions of dollars in debt in Marting building renovation costs to pay for their evil, greedy plans.

And once again, Council will give us no chance to vote on the plans.

Your courageous, young, fellow Americans are suffering and giving their blood and their lives for freedom in lonely, far-off distant lands; we owe it to them  to have the guts to stand in City Hall before our local tyrants and demand our sacred rights our troops are bleeding and dying for, over there.

Come to the council meeting; stand up and speak up; tell the Council and Mayor, "We don't want our government in the Martings Building; we do not want our present building site on the riverfront sold off or given away.

Don't be fearful of speaking up, this isAmerica.
