KALB CONTINUES TO WORK AS RACKETEER IN MARTINGS SCANDAL

On Monday, the Tenth of November, 2008 during a City Council meeting

Mayor James D. Kalb was accused of violating the city charter by

spending $87.50 of city funds for drawings that were used for  political

purposes. These drawings were used in displays in various places around the city to encourage citizens to vote to spend $6,000,000 (six million dollars) to build a Justice Center on Washington Street and another $6,000,000 (six million dollars) to renovate the Martings Department store and place city offices and retail spaces in the 134-year-old building.  This action by Mayor Jim Kalb is a continuance of an effort began nearly seven years ago by Jim Kalb and Bankster / Lawyer Clay Johnson to move city offices out of our present city hall so Kalb and four crooked city councilmen can sell off our present valuable riverfront property to Clay Johnson and/or his accomplices.

The amount of $87.50 was reported to the Board of Elections as an

In-Kind Contribution.   We have information the true amount of this contribution is likely to more in the neighborhood of $1,500 to $1,800.

Another lie by Jim Kalb.  Another theft of city money by Jim Kalb to assist racketeer Clay Johnson in the acquisition of your city property.

Kalb was part of plot to fool voters into voting for this project by advertising that there would be no new taxes placed on their real estate to pay for this twelve million dollar expenditure.  Auditor Trent Williams also lied to the public in this case.

Our mendacious City Auditor Trent Williams has already been

charged with a crime in an action filed with the State Election Board.

One hearing has been held in Franklin County; a second hearing is be held soon.

The call for prosecution of Mayor Kalb was made by former third ward

Councilman Harald Daub.  Mr. Daub is experienced in city

government and has been a battler against corruption in local city

affairs for nearly three decades. 

I agree with Harald Daub that James Kalb should be prosecuted for his crimes.  In my opinion, since early 2002, Kalb, and other undesirable, immoral persons holding city offices, has been involved in Racketeer Influenced Criminal Operations in thefts of city funds in plots master-minded by Bankster/Attorney Clay Johnson who is also known as the de facto head of the Southern Ohio Growth Partnership, the Chamber of Commerce and the Martings Foundation.

Mayor Kalb is no stranger to criminal activities.

Jim Kalb has a record of sixteen (16) arrests by city police, plus in

a 1999 in a civil action Kalb was adjudged by the Ohio Supreme Court

as being Guilty of mutilating election petitions.  With this decision concerned

citizens were able to get felony charges filed in Municipal Court:

 Kalb escaped felony prosecution and prison time in 1999 for mutilating election petitions when City Solicitor David Kuhn and County Prosecuting Attorney Lynn Grimshaw refused to prosecute the case.   Both of the prosecutors who refused to do their duty in this case have since been voted out of office.

Mr. Daub has requested our present Solicitor Mike Jones prosecute

Jim Kalb for this latest crime. --- What will be the result?
